St. Joseph's Church Halls

St. Joseph's Church has two halls to offer for rent. If you would like to book either of the halls please contact the Parish Office.

Church Halls Terms of Hire

By entering into an agreement of hire of either the Norfolk Hall or the Taunton room of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Payment must be made in advance (cheques payable to St. Joseph's Church, Dorking).
• No discos (other music at the discretion of the church).
• Children's parties are to be held in the Norfolk Hall only.
• The hirer is responsible for ensuring that the rooms are left in the condition they are found.
• Any breakages must be reported to either the booking secretary or the caretaker (these details will be given to you on confirmation of your booking).
• When using the kitchen, the extractor fan must be switched on.
• The hirer is responsible for turning off all lights, especially those outside the hall, and also that all kitchen equipment is turned off.
• The heating thermostats must be returned to their minimum setting on leaving the halls

Once your booking is confirmed you will be notified by e-mail and you will be given contact details for both the booking secretary and the caretaker (from whom you will be able to obtain the keys).
