Baptism
Baptism Welcomes
people into the
church. For infants it involves a short preparation course for the
parents. These are held three times a year, normally in February, June
and October.
The next Baptism Course will begin on Monday
1st October and continue on the following Monday 8th and the
last one on 15th October at 8pm in St Joseph’s School. The
course is run by Anne Flood, Russell and Sarah Mimms. No
enrolment is required beforehand just turn up at the school.
Baptism may be at any
Sunday Mass or a communal celebration on a Sunday afternoon. Please

First
Holy Communion
Preparation begins in
September,
meeting weekly in term time, leading to the celebration in June.
Those 7 years old and over in September are welcome. For
further
details and to join the class, please contact Cathy Cackett on 01737

Confirmation
For young people,
normally in year
10 at school (14+), the confirmation preparation begins at the
beginning of February each year, leading to the celebration at our
Deanery Church, St. Joseph's, Epsom in May/June. Please contact the

Marriage
In accordance with
diocesan regulations, couples seeking to get married at St. Joseph's
must give at least six months notice and will be required to take part
in a pre-marriage course. Please contact the parish priest, on 01306
